We live as consumers in a brutal capitalist society. We take for granted the talabat rider that delivers your food, the barista who works in the cafeteria of your office, or the chef in your favorite restaurant that cooks your shawarma exactly as you like it.

Life isn’t as easy for them though. Blue collars have a hard time finding the job that really appreciates their skills and properly compensates them for it.

And while AI could automate us, software engineers and marketers, that work in a cozy air-conditioned office, good luck making Claude Fable prepare your iced spanish latte in a crowded cafe where everyone wants their fix right now.

This is why we are launching pactful. We are becoming THE hub for blue collars and employers, where we have all the data of the employers currently hiring, their asks and benefits, together with profiles of blue collars, their expected salaries, experience and everything you want to know about them as an employer.

While I am writing this post to you now, my AI agents are currently talking to chefs, baristas, cashiers, stewards, and so many more people, understanding their needs, collecting their data, making CVs for them, and connecting them to our opportunities hub all autonomously.

Our team in pactful is nothing less but a put-together dream team; excellence across the board everywhere. But anyone can make promises, and very soon you will see for yourselves what I am talking about.
